The orphan list was the cards that had been written without operator profiles, plus operators mentioned in raw sources but never carried forward. Pass C closed that gap.

The Pass C batches plus 24 synthesis patterns + 9 contradictions + 23 playbooks (built once the corpus was dense enough for cross-operator convergences to read clean) made up the day's 318-card total.
Curiosity backfill, external links
Curiosity (the personal KB) had operator URLs that hadn't been propagated into ab-codex profiles. Eight backfill batches ran across the day, adding external links (LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, website) for roughly 200 operator profiles. Each batch was 22-25 operators.
Launch-ready scrub
A separate audit pass closed the gaps that orphan ingestion was likely to introduce:
- 8 stubs removed (cards that hadn't reached substance bar).
- 30 URLs validated (some had drifted; replacements found where possible).
- 73 cards repaired (frontmatter fixes, missing fields filled, attribution corrections).
Plus targeted scrubs: removing personal annotations from raw source files, pruning personal-network operators, scrubbing private raw frontmatter, splitting joint Hamel/Shreya attribution, removing legacy-batch directory.
Architecture moves
- Hero updated to "learn from the best" with lazy-loading via
content-visibility. - Stat numbers on the home page made clickable.
/playbookslist view added.- Playbooks gained full-page view + nav routing; about renamed to "a builder's codex"; map view fits viewport.
- Pass B3 ran the same day: 110 insights from 226 filtered LinkedIn reactions (86 new operators).
A messy, productive day that turned the corpus from "early" to "launch-ready."
